This achievement recognizes Saefix’s strong expertise and overall capabilities in delivering advanced solutions to clients nationwide.
This new status comes after Saefix achieved the strict personnel requirements needed to be Cisco-certified through the Webex Contact Center Specialization Program, done in conjunction with their existing strong Cisco Certified base of CCIEs and CCNPs. This achievement positions Saefix as an authorized partner in selling, designing, and installation with the proper experience required for better preparation with Cisco and various clients across the United States.
Cisco recognizes this achievement for Saefix with a special designation in the Cisco Partner Locator and authorized badges showcasing the Premier Integrator status Saefix has achieved. This status will ensure a strong partnership between Saefix and Cisco for years to come.

This achievement marks a rapid progression in the relationship between the two companies. Saefix first obtained Select Partner status in March of 2025 and quickly advanced to Premier Partner status in May of 2025.
Saefix is already looking ahead, with plans to attend the 2025 Cisco Partner Summit from November 3-5 and the upcoming renewal of its Cisco specialization in April of 2026. Both companies look forward to continuing to evolve the alliance between these two firms.
