Pavithra brings over 20 years of experience in project delivery, operational leadership, and organizational development, along with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving strategic growth.
Throughout her career, Pavithra has led complex programs and initiatives across multiple industries, helping organizations improve operational efficiency, strengthen project execution, and achieve business objectives. Her experience spans the full implementation spectrum, from lean small-business environments to large-scale enterprise deployments with deep specialization in aviation security, transit technology, and systems integration.
In her role at Saefix, Pavithra will head project operations across the firm’s portfolio of technology implementations for clients in aviation, transit, and government sectors. She will bring structure and discipline to multi-partner programs, strengthen delivery practices, and ensure client outcomes stay at the center of every engagement. As Saefix grows, Pavithra will help scale the operational foundation that supports that growth.
